It is if you tell us you did so.
Yes, it is against the rules, don't do it, however if you were to do so, it's not like you have to tell anybody.
Just keep in mind that it's illegal to do so, and could result in insurmountable fines by the government

i just bought 3d max and it is really hard to work with, but once you start to understand the program its getting easier and easier.
all you need is a handful of time.
Modding takes the fun out of the game but gets the game into the fun.
