I was wondering, if it would not be to much of a hassle, if someone could make it so I could play as one of the spell casting minions JoB uses, complete with animations and its weapon all put into an fmp?
If anyone could, it would be greatly appreciated

I saw that, but from here it looks like you are the warrior minion. I was hoping someone could make it so I could be like one of the ones in the background, holding the staff.

Woah woah woah, isn't learning one of the key reasons FOR this site? It's kinda dumb to do a simple def edit like that for someone when they can learn in a matter of seconds. 
Read the site rules, as well as individual thread rules, stickies and announcements, and use search, or you will have smartassy or exasperated ownage rained down upon you by the site's crack team of mods and admins. Also, you can find all you need to get started on modding here.
