I was playing in Fable and did this. You can make the guards attack the villagers and then you can make them stop. All by your command. It is quite pleasurable to watch.
Requirements: A weapon, turncoat spell /optional: ghost swords
Steps:
1. Go to a village that allows weapons. Or if you got the weapons in bowerstone mod, go to bowerstone
2. Walk up to a guard
3. Take out your sword or bow
4. sheathe your weapon
5. Take out your sword or bow
6. Sheathe your weapon
7. Take out your sword or bow (You will be charged for brandishing a weapon)
8. Don't pay the fine
9. Turncoat the guard
10. Now follow the guard and turncoat him as many times as needed
11. Enjoy watching him attack people!
12. When you want the guard to stop, just sheathe your weapon. Like nothing happened...

If you commit any crimes while doing this, when you sheathe your weapon, you will still be being attacked.
