I nearly have getting my meshes into fable down, but there's still something off. This time I exported with no smoothing instead of normals as in blender, and this is the result.
Should I maybe try with saving recalculated normals, see if that helps?

My problem is is on export blender seems to like moving my UV maps around. It's wierd, because I don't think anyone else has had this problem. I'm gonna try re-installing blender to see if that helps at all.
