You could of checked using Chocolate box or Albion explorer anyways I think there are a few places that are decent in size and fully/partially flat. I'll check later, if you want.

Leren van de taal van Nederland is leuk.
Ik heb nog veel te leren, hoewel.
Tengo la ambición de aprender a español.
Yet I have no idea how to start.

It's possible to make an object that looks like ground.
And I'm not sure about the .levs Maybe someone else will.
But knowing fable It probably won't work.

If you don't mind it being a circle, OBJECT_DRAGON_TOWER_CENTRE_01 works great.
| The problem with that is that it is circular and uneven. Putting them next to each other will cause the Hero to get stuck as he walks across them.
I had considered making tiers, platforms that can be used as flat, even ground in elevated locations in Fable. I dropped out of this because I didn't think anyone would use them.

While OBJECT_GUILD_MELEE_COMBAT_RING_01 is still a circle, iirc it doesn't have the other problems you mentioned that OBJECT_DRAGON_TOWER_CENTRE_01 has.
I divided by zero and survived.
Two of Diamonds, people. This is important.
