Whenever I try to change my model / appearance, it dosn't work. I go into FE/Creature/CrEATURE_HERO/ and then I scroll down to HERO_MESH and I change the ID to the new ID... But when I do apply changes/Actions/Save Mods and Run Fable/, the hero (my character) dosn't change... I'm new to all this so am I doing something wrong? Any help would be great, thx

Uhh... saying windows without the type of windows helps not in the least, but if you're on vista or 7, you'll wanna go here, learn how to take ownership of your files, and then do it. Otherwise the accursed virtual store will do this to you constantly.
Read the site rules, as well as individual thread rules, stickies and announcements, and use search, or you will have smartassy or exasperated ownage rained down upon you by the site's crack team of mods and admins. Also, you can find all you need to get started on modding here.

Ok. I took control of my files (Username-Pc / Admin) But its still doing nothing...
I'm Windows 7
Do I have to take control of every fable file?
I overtook...
Local Disk C:/
Program Files (x86)
Microsoft Games
Fable - The Lost Chapters
FE (Not every file, just the folder / .exe)
And thats it...

That's only part of it. You have to get rid of the virtual store.
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Fable - The Lost Chapters
Be sure to read that whole post and follow all the instructions - I didn't write all of that so you can follow just a segment of it.
