Ok so i swapped the model animations and it worked for the assassin but now i cant walk(Jog) only run and attack is there something else i did wrong or is this the only way

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if I remember right, the Assassin doesn't have jogging animations

Simply swapping CAppearanceDefs isn't enough. While it will still function, you will get issues like these. The way around this is to do a proper reworking of the CAppearanceDef and swap out the Hero's animations for the animations of whatever you're trying to be.
