I know its located in the game.bin file but I'm not sure which values to change in order to increase zoom. I want to get some better shots of my custom tats, especially my face one.

Why don't you go the easy way and just click "H"?It gives you a good perspective of your tats,eyes,etc Razz

This is pretty much the way to go.

Otherwise, find the cameras 'near' and 'far', adjust the dolly length. Shorter values gets you closer. The thing to look out for is that 'zooming' too close causes the camera to clip the Hero, won't get any good shots that way.
