I am going to make a Balverine mod. I am not new to modding I have already switched out the CREATURE_HERO mexh for Balverine and switched out most of the Animations. I would just like to know what script to make, edit, or adjust to make myself transform when I press a certain expression key. This is really cool and I think it will work because I can make myself Howl, Sniff, Jump, and other cool things with expressions like middle finger, etc.

Can't.
Closest thing would be to hijack Kesh's Berserk Horns and change out the horns for the balverine mesh, using full clipping prevention to erase the Hero's mesh. Then you'd change out the berserk animations with balverine animations. Even this cannot be done fully and properly, so it will still look lame.

What if I did it kind of like Marco Polo's where you interact with something and you transform how would I go about doing that

The actual tranform was done in a cutscene I believe.

Aye, Satan has the right of it. Marcopolo hijacked the only in-game script that can call a cutscene on the Hero's interaction. He also neglected to remove the original marker for this cutscene, so people would always end up crashing their game in darkwood trying to get that silver key from the stone. Neutral

Anyway, the answer is no, again.
