I actually think theres already a mod/guide for this, out in the mods section, use the search feature of the site.

I would peek around in the CHeroMorphDef, maybe you can find the texture links there.
Or you can do an old fashioned texture swap. 
Read the site rules, as well as individual thread rules, stickies and announcements, and use search, or you will have smartassy or exasperated ownage rained down upon you by the site's crack team of mods and admins. Also, you can find all you need to get started on modding here.

Of course it's possible, it doesn't involve any texture editing or hacks or codes or anything of the sort. Open the Hero's CHeroMorphDef using FableExplorer, find the texture replacement listings for blonde hair, change the stat number from 7 to 6. Boom, evil blondie.

Hi, I am not really new to modding, though I have more experience modding Oblivion. In fact, I've modded Fable when I found this site back in about 2007. I wonder why I never joined this community at that time, but here is my question, is it possible to have blonde hair in all 3 states of morality, without too much effort? I have a decent idea of what I am doing, but I don't want to screw anything up.
NOTE: Sorry for the Necropost, but I did not want to add unnecessary bandwidth for the site. This topic is the closest to my question, though I am not sure the solution would be the same.

Oh definetly codes. On the console version of the original pressing ↑,↑,↓,↓,←,→,←,→,B,A on a controller plugged into the 3rd controller port caused Peter Molyneux to drop kick a puppy. It only worked on Wednesdays though.

I have got it working the way I want, save for a very odd issue... I looked at my character without clothes and found that the back is entirely black. I am thinking it has no texture... You see, I also changed the regular skin color with the tanned skin color, and all the other textures work, and I used the same method for replacing the other body textures, and the back is the only one that is messed up. It has really got me stumped. In addition, I saved the tan back from the original texture.bin, and it still did not work. I open it as DXT1 with alpha set to 0, same as I did with the other body textures. Doesn't work. Any advice?

Thanks. I will try that now. But I never got any of the infamous colored pixels. I had that problem in Oblivion, but I know how to solve them now, that is, if the cause is compression.
EDIT: Huzzah, it works! Thanks for your help, although I wonder if this will affect tattoos if I decide to get any...
