So first off i spawned jack of blades at a certain point of the guild. After i "kill" him i save,reload and he's still there,again!And it won't stop.So i was wondering if there is way to make him disappear in this region FOR GOOD?

Try killing him after you finish the guild training quest.

Try changing the script lines dealing with,

ThingGamePersistent TRUE;
ThingLevelPersistent TRUE;

change it to the opposite of what it is now, TRUE/FALSE.
