Well you are out of luck, man. Sorry. No one uses md5mesh... I'm not exactly sure what the game is that you are ripping models from, but if it's a pc game or you have an emulator for it, you can use 3D Ripper DX to capture all 3d models and textures in a frame and convert them to .obj
