Free Roam is denied access to change Fable, help plz! [message #69050]

When I try to apply "freeroam.fmp" through Fable Explorer (instead of using the Free Roam program), it says "Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Fable - The Lost Chapters\data\levels\FinalAlbion.wad' is denied"
So, I'm assuming this means the program doesn't have permission to mess with the Fable files. How do I fix this? or how do I get Free Roam to work?
