Is there a way to change voice of spawn NPC? [message #69865]

Here's the case (i new to modding):
I spawn Sophia at the Guild (tgn by FE),worked.
Then i realize that she just trolling around that spot (not work like orther npc), and sound like a normal village girl (annoying accent).

So like my question ,is there a way to change her voice to talk like her orginal self (i don't think it possible since she 's hooker). Or at least make her have the sweet voice of female apprentices.

Also is there way to make the spawn NPC work like normal NPC like barmaid ,servant or apprenticce.

A detail help would be nice.Thank.
