i cant install certain mods I tried to install them on FE and them click save mods and run fable but when I go onto fable the mod is not working

only error i get is when I load the weapon pack 2.5 verison FE says not responding and after about 30seconds its back on the mods iv used are the 'new item pack 2.5' and 'wizard and assassin starter kits'

It probably doesn't help that it wasn't meant to be modded and every file format is propietary. Nothing is standard. Razz

so does that mean I can mod it or not? because mods what only have fmp work but the tng files don't seem to wanna work

WHEN I INSTALL A TNG FILE DO I DO IT THE ORIGINAL OR DO I DO IT THE FILLER FILE

TNG can behave strangely. Especially if you try and modify an area you've been to before.

The first step is to make sure you either remove or rename the .wad file. That way you can make sure that the TNG's are actually being used. Fable is hardcoded to always use the .wad file no matter what you set the ini to.
