Update 9/4/18 :
Takes ownership of Fable - TLC and Fable Anniversary. 32 and 64 bit. You will get "ERROR: The system cannot find the path specified."
This time, it's embedded with an administrator manifest so privileges should not be an issue.

I've been unaware that people have been having problems. I've received very little feedback. Their files have been taken ownership of but are read only. This update will fix that.
This should 100% work to allow modding on a fresh install of Fable on any version of Windows.
Let me know if there are any problems.
