I don't know about him, but I am in need of one for the 3DSMax 2015 version.
I managed to find an exporter for it everywhere (even though I don't need it) but can't seem to find an importer, anywhere.

Just another fan of the best game that was ever created...

Check the tools section. I just posted a thread with a lot of the versions. Let me know if the 2015/14 plugin works.
