It's official PEM-FRC's topic on FableTLCMod.com.
Project Enhanced Mod (shortly PEM) is the global mod, that is in progress [at the moment] in the "Fable: Russian Community" (FRC) union.
ABSTRACT
The mod will change the whole of Albion by supplemention of new regions and maps. Someone may remember our Project Ego Mod, but we decided not to take responsibility for the entire game world and restrict ourselves to re-create only some locations from Project Ego game.
THEORY AND PRACTICE
The mod we're working on helps us to make our modding guide better. For example, in several surveys we opened some secrets of making new regions and maps. Thus, this project is full of new theories, which came from everyday modding practice.
