It is, isn't it?
Now hold out all your fingers, that's how many people will say something or other about you bumping this thread.
If they want to go into detail, they'll mention that it's been about a year and a half. If any of the handful of those with authority feel like having fun, they can edit your post. One of them might just make your post pink, but more than likely, it'll just stay there with a bunch of complaints under it.
The bumpage bothers me, but not nearly as much as everyone who acknowledges the bumpage and complains, especially after the first one, and with each one an additional bump is made, drawing more and more attention to a long dead thread.
I know my post falls along the same lines, I just wanted to throw my observation out there.

That wasn't a bump actually. I was telling someone they did a good a job. I love to get good criticism even if its years down the road.
IMHO a bump is when someone posts in a topic just so it will move back to the first page, top of the list, etc.

Not to needlessly bring about a debate on this subject, but that's your definition, and might not be shared by the hold-out-your-fingers-and-count amount of people.
Personally, if I released a project or two I've been working on, and see a response a year and a half later; sure I'd feel a bit proud, but others might be somewhat annoyed at seeing something that could be effectively declared 'dead'.
*Also, your definition of what a 'bump' is, is pretty much what you just did. When you posted in this thread, it was moved to the first page, top of the list, etcetera.
And I don't mean to sound rude throughout all of this, really. Just pointing it out. Please don't take offense! I'll even put one of my sadder looking smilies to show good faith:
