As for the controls, you can thank my many tedious hours of testing:)

Instructions

1.Plug in your 360 controller.

2.Unrar the .rar file.

3.Open Xpadder.

4.You'll see two file bars, one with a mini controller and one with a mini text thinger. 
Click on the mini controller.

5.Click open and browse for "360LAYOUT", open it.

6.Now click on the mini text thinger.

7.Click open and browse for "FableTLCControls", open it.


Don't touch anything and fire up Fable.


~Controls
I've based these off of the actual play using an Xbox 360 with some minor, though positive, 
changes. Although, in order for these to work, you need all the PC controls at default except 
"Take Photojournal Photo", change that from PRINT SCREEN to P.

START-Opens in game menu.(Does not work while in zoom)

BACK-ALT/TAB for an easy temporary exit of the game.

RJOY-Camera;Click to expand map.

LJOY-Movement;Click for Sneak;Click with bow cocked to begin zoom mode;up and down in menu.

LT-Toggle Target;Zoom out while in zoom mode.

RT-Hold for magic mode;Zoom in while in zoom mode.

LB-Sheathe/unsheathe sword;Hero View while in magic mode/must be in magic mode to turn off too.

RB-Sheathe/unsheathe bow;Take Photojournal Photo while in magic mode.

DPAD-Context Sensitive/Guild Seal; <1,^2,>3,v4 favorites while in magic mode; Menu arrows.

A-Interact.(Select in menu)

B-Run;Flourish;cast spell in magic mode.(Back in menu)

X-Attack;Cock bow;Cast spell in magic mode.

Y-Block;Cycle spells in magic mode.
