I haven't started editing scripts for Fable TLC yet so I don't know the exact commands but there are several tied to the statue in the middle of the map with the boasting stand thing. One of which is around 12pm I believe (it unlocks the basement in bowerstone south's bar) there are also some other things it unlocks like a chest in anouther area and some stuff in oakvale if I remember right. I would guess these to be time based since they occur at the same time each day just they acur from the way the statue points. So you might look for references like to the statue or maby they are just on the clock as well. LOL this is a long post for a short answer.... good luck, if you want someone to help test new quests let me know I will be happy to help.
