Time based Script (Using Statue Master)

Just using the quest section doesn't make something spawn at a certain time.

It's the scriptname that controls it.

ScriptName StatueMasterCellarDoors;
ScriptName StatueMasterChest
ScriptName StatueAltar (unused)
