Alright, get FE here, http://fabletlcmod.com/forum/index.php?t=msg&th=1330& ;start=0& now MAKE SURE you have DirectX And .NetFramework.
Now when you open it up you should see all the files in the box at the left, find HERO_ABILITY and double click it. Now look for the spell you want inside the files you just opened once you found it double click it. Now in the new window that poped up click the + in the left panel. Look at the numbers in the panel, look for the one that says "1B8AFCFA" just change the numbers in the 4 boxes to the number 1. Then just choose "apply changes" and once your done with all of them, at the top of FE click ACTIONS-SAVE MODS AND RUN FABLE then... your done.
