Since attention is being garnered to a post in the wrong forum (I'd like it if they just went ignored, really), might as well throw some info in on this.

I'm assuming konon02 wants someone to make a mod that stops aging and good texture morphing on the hair (perhaps evil as well?).

Method 1 - textures.big (outdated)
Replace all of the hair textures with their solid black base texture. All of the morphing still takes place, but it doesn't make a difference as the textures are the same.

Method 2 - game.bin (simple)
Change the max age to a huge number. This makes it so that you have to be that old to get max age effects, which is impossible.
(Idea, not likely) You could try changing the max good and evil to huge numbers as well, perhaps it will have the same result with alignment.
Note: Morphing still happens, it's just hard to notice the difference because it's so significantly reduced.

Method 3 - game.bin (complex)
Get rid of hair morphing completely from within the CHeroMorphDef. If you want to take care of the evil bit as well you could open up the CAppearanceModifierDef of the hair OBJECT entries and delete the evil hair items items in the array. If you want to toss the horns as well, check out the CHeroMorphDef again. Just delete the entries. This completely gets rid of the morphing, it's just not there.
