Easy

Renaming:

1 Find OBJECT_IRON_CHUNK in Objects
2 Go to cDefs
3 Go to CInventoryItemDef and click the first blue link in the box.
4 In the new window, click CINventoryItemDef
5 Then find TextTitle and click the link.
6 In the new window, change the name as desired.

To edit desc:

Steps 1 to 4:
5 Find TextDecription (I think it may be different... But it is just below Text Title)
6 IN the new window, change as desired

I can't remember how to change the worth.

After that, spawn it where you wish, save mods run fable. Done.
