How can I make a SaveGame Editor for example or an easy tool???

This is really one of those "if you have to ask" things.

Format;
SavingIt/I Like Cheese!;
VB Express Edition;
zLib;
VB infos;
zLib infos;
VB reading material: one, two, three.
I'm so going to get my ass kicked for this one...
