The only entries in that fmp relevant to the ghost sword is the SPECIAL_ABILITIES_GHOST_SWORD_DEF_INSTANCE.

The changed values are as follows:
GhostSwordTimeLevel2 - 35 to 40.
GhostSwordTimeLevel3 - 40 to 50.
GhostSwordTimeLevel4 - 45 to 3600.
FadeInTime - 4 to 1.
All values are floats measured in seconds.

This does not change the number of ghost swords.
