Aye. It's easy to see one word and assume you know the rest of the post. I do it myself several times a day (but 99% of the time we're right, so...).

He's using Blender. morerunes has written a great deal of material on working with Blender and Fable. BlueTooth and crazybunny have made some material on how to make the models work with Fable as well, though this was with 3DS. Still, take a look at it. I'll translate anything if needed.
