Most likely scenario, yes. But we have had errors with the FUDForum before, there are still people who show as having posted but have no posts like this guy. But again, the frenzy is the most likely scenario. Also missing is the first Hesperus Shop Trainer, I think that one was intentionally tossed for having been outdated though.
Moving on, about the mod:
This was one of the first mods I downloaded long over a year ago, and it's still one of the best reskin packages.
Good work finding on that French site. Crazy discussions do lead to good things.  I just wish they credited you or FableTLCMod.

It was the 2nd mod I made for Fable, somewhere in the start of 2006 I guess. Fable Explorer was only capable of editing the textures.big, we couldn't do anything else yet.
this is not an exit.
