I did download the TakeOwnership.reg and took ownership of the files, but the "compatability files" thing didn't show up. Perhaps it's because I'm logged in as an administrator. I suppose it doesn't matter though, because I skipped step 9 and Freeroam still works.

I am running as administrator and it comes up. But if it works, then it's fine.
