Sorry, missed the part that you said you searched.

You probably know by now that this is a mod that changes a weapon, and doesn't actually create a new one, so all you have to do is get The Avenger longsword (don't remeber where you get it), and it should be as said in the first post: 4 augmentations, 450 damage and a little bigger than normal.
If that doesn't happen, you missed at least one of the steps.
