Open up FE,
Under CREATURES go to 1470 - CREATURE_HERO.
Open the CDefs,
Scroll down until you see CHeroMorphDef,
Open CHeroMorphDef by clicking the first 'Links to (GameBINEntryID)',
Click CHeroMorphDef not the + sign beside it,
In DE9B0516, click [Del] in any box that has something you do not want,(in your case chest, back, arm, and leg hair.

{To Open CDefs; once you open the window on the right, single click "CREATURE" or
click the + sign beside it and click CDefs right under "CREATURE/OBJECT", I find the
second way much faster.}
