Missing dependencies.

.NET Framework 3.5 SP1
- 1.1 needed for FreeRoam and sound extraction tool.
- 2.0 needed for standard FE, FE w/search, CBox.
- 3.0 needed for ShadowNet FE.
- Get the latest, don't worry about it.
DirectX End-User Runtimes (Web Installer);
- Web Installer only downloads needed updates, full package is the whole thing.
- Needed for CBox.
MSVC++ 2005 SP1;
- Needed for AE, CBox.
