Do you have any experience with 3dsmax?
Cause you'll need it.
This would be a tough mod to make.
Keshire made a balverine mask, which I turned into an fmp, it's somewhere in the finished mod section.

I suggest reading up on skinweighting, there's a tutorial on our forums on that here.
