It's easy. Just open FE, go into HERO_STATS and double click 33B4ED2.
Then set all "(int)Expirience Cost" to zero. This will take care of Strength, Skill and Magic Power.

Next, open HERO_ABILITY, and open all of the sub-items except the NULLDEF.
In each window, open 1B8AFCFA, and set all HA_Array2[4] values to zero.

Then Save and Run

Note: Remember to click Apply Changes on each window before closing it.
