You'll need to edit the executable. If you grab the no-cd exe and a hex editor, I can give you the address to change. 0x00A6068B. Default value is 02, I'd recommend changing it to FF.

Or you can grab the PPF provided here, a PPF patcher provided here, but you'll still need to no-cd exe unless you're in the mood to unpack the exe yourself (just get the no-cd exe, Google it).
