Ok, now first you need Fable Explorer : Download here
Then you have to click "load Fable Mod Package" (FMP) , and you select the downloaded Futshibambutshi_Megasword.fmp.
Now it's in your game, but not in your inventory.
There are a few solutions to get in your inventory.

Solution 1: Spawn it in a chest.
Use FreeRoam (tuto here and here)
Then open a TNG file. example : DemonDoor_Guild.tng
Then search an openable chest. It should look like this :

Health 1.0;

Now you just change the :
ContainerContents[0] "OBJECT_SUPER_HEALTH_POTION";
to
ContainerContents[0] "OBJECT_SWORD_DRAGON";

Now you'll get the sword when you open the chest. But if you already opened it you have to change something else. Change :
PositionX 40.078613;
to
PositionX 40.078612;
And it should work.

Solution 2: Add it directly to your inventory.

Here's a Tutorial
You'll need the ID of the sword. Just open Fable Explorer, then go in Game.bin, then click on OBJECTS, and find OBJECT_SWORD_DRAGON. And you should see his ID.
