so, I made my first clothing model from scratch over the last 2 days, ive got the basic shape down, but a couple problems arose

1. it doesnt take textures correctly

2. it looks horrendous compared to what i actually wanted to make.

I was hoping someone could take this mesh and tidy it up for me, or rather make it look like its supposed to at least. or even give me a few tips on how to make it look better, or anywhere near good at least, heres an fmp containing the mesh entry and the texture for it.
