[Here is an fmp of what you want. It will only remove aging, will tattoos, and scars. The hero will still change as he becomes good or evil.

Used the posted mod recently, only as a shortcut so I did not have to do the CHeroDef deletions again. I attempted then to get rid of the blonde hair, but unfortunately it did not let me. I tried to back track with a back up, and it did not work. I went as far as reinstalling the game, but my saved profile still loads with the effects of this mod. Is there any way to remove it?
