Do you mean stronger or weaker as in lowering or raising their health? If so, just edit your rival's health in ChocoBox.

FE can do the same thing dude, and unlike Cbox, if you decide to pack it in an FMP for the use of others, people who use FE AND Cbox can load it no problem.
