If you have the file exported from FE as an FMP then bellow the text input for a new post is where you can upload it. I don't remember if there is a minimum post limit or not to uploading new files. Just start a new thread in the Packages section of the forums and upload the FMP with the file attachments section of creating a new post and there you go. Give a good description, a few screenshots, and be nice.
