Well I didn't skinweight it, I just copied all the sub meshes and put them into the apprentice mesh and deleted all of the apprentice mesh except for the hood. It didn't work when I added the hood to the willrobe so that's why I did it the hard way. Do I need to add more bones to the mesh? Because the skinweights are there.
