So far, only the lack of mouse control in the menus and the lack of graphical options. Mainly FXFA. I really hate that.

Other than that? Just subjective complaints about aesthetics, such as the redone faces. They just don't look as defined as the original look, as well as the Hero looking mutant-ish. But again, aesthetics are subjective. The textures look better, for sure, but really not that much better. And the lighting is pretty damn awesome. Also, the hard mode implementation is pretty cool, though I've yet to touch it.

So far, all in all, it's alright. Not good enough to justify the price tag, but meh.
