First go here and carefully read all of that thread so that you know how to set up your system to be able to use the modding tools.

Then go here to learn how to set up the latest versions of Windows, assuming that is still necessary with the latest versions(I mod and play on an old XP computer so I can't help with that part).

Once you know how to add the mods to your game look here for info on marrying any npc.

If you get that far attached is a set of scripts that will spawn either Sofia or Madame Minche in B/S Warehouse Region if you put the desired script in that tng.
