need help with "save mod and run" [message #70485]

Hi I'm new to modding Fable TLC and to Fable Explorer/ShadowNet. Right now I am having troubles with the "save mods and run fable" step. Every time I do it I get an error. I own it through steam and use windows 8. Below is my error message:

I would guess it has something to do with the registry. If you know how to mess with registry nonsense you can try this file. If you don't know what to do with this let me know.
