It seems the thread is no longer here. The mod was hosted on RapidShare anyway and is most likely not available from there anymore.
The Manual Way
- Open Fable Explorer
- Double click on game.bin to open it - Image
- Scroll down to the CREATURE section - Image
- Click the plus sign next to CREATURE to expand the list
- Scroll down until you see CREATURE_HERO (entry 1470) - Image
- Double click on this to view the entry
- Scroll down the entry window until you see this - Image
- Change the Model ID value (currently 4299) to 7670 - the value for Jack Of Blades' body
- Scroll down until you see this - Image
- Change the Model Eye ID to 7673 - the value for Jack Of Blades' Eyes
- Press the 'Apply Changes' button at the top of the window - Image
- Go to 'Actions' and press 'Save Mods and Run Fable' - Image
- Wait for Fable Explorer to do it's work
- Enjoy being Jack Of Blades
*** Note ***
The following should also start you with the Sword Of Aeons as well (This is untested)
* Do steps 1-10 as written above
* Scroll down the entry window until you see this - Image
* Change the Weapon1ID to 5527
* Do steps 11-14 as written above

Well, I tryed changing my hero with the model of Jack (7670) but in the game, it look like the model of Jack cannot carrying wapeans on his back, every weapons still under him.
Is there a way to use the model of Jack and corecting that "bug" and playing with the sword and arrows on the back ?

It's no bug, the JoB model isn't set up with scabbards, so the weapons just fall. You can either add the helpers to the model yourself (requires you fix the file by hand before importing into FE) or you can get rid of sheathed weapons, making them disappear once you put them away.
If you're not sure what I'm talking about, use search. BlueTooth talked about the helpers/scabbards thing at least once, and sheathes have been discussed in lengthy detail all over the forum, so searching should answer your questions.
