During fable almost everytime i open it it crashes to the desktop during a quest. the only mods i have on it are the age mod and scarless mod any suggestions on what i should do?

The first thing to do is to replace your files with clean versions ? You did make a backup before modding right ? 
This will help to see if the mods are causing the errors or if the game is getting problems from something else.
Q - My game does not start or crashes on load with clean files, what should I do ?
A - Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the game.
Q - My game starts without errors with clean files, what's next ?
A - Apply one mod and retest. If it does not start or crashes on load then try uninstalling and then reinstalling the game.
Q - My game still works after applying one mod, what next ?
A - Apply the other mod and try again. If the game breaks now it is a sign that the last mod added is causing the issue.
Q - I've applied all the mods I want to apply, what should I do now ?
A - Create a copy of these working files and put them in a safe place, a folder called Backups in your main Fable Folder for example.
There is nothing in the Void.
