What is the file name for this weapon? And how do I change weapon names?

You mean OBJECT_LEGENDARY_LONGSWORD_02 ?
And you change it is go to the item, click on CDefs, scroll down and find the CInventoryItemDef, go to it, open the sub category's, find ItemDescription, open the TXT_OBJECT_XXXXXXXXXX, the name of the weapon should be there, change it to what you want. Right below the the ItemDescription is an unknown, there you can change the real item description.
