Trust me, the are WELL over Ten-Thousand more Unknowns in FE, when FE4.1 was released they filled over THOUSANDS! I'm sure that Blue and a couple other people figured out more but, I doubt a lot.

I think some people might know what they do, but one thing about the unknowns is that some of them are hard to tell what they do, as such, a lot of them don't do much. The only unknown I know it's function of is a creature unknown, and I've made a mod that uses it's only practical function (it controls the amount of time it takes for a creature to decay, so i made it so no creature decays [unless you want to wait around for 999999 seconds in the same area without leaving or turning off the game, and 999999 seconds is 16666.65 minutes, witch is 277.7775 hours, witch is 11.5740625 days]).

"Oh great powerful wonderful lords of game making Lion Head, I, a humble pathetic insignificant modifier of your greatest game formally know as "Fable: The Lost Chapters", beg you for the knowledge of your wonderfully awesome game, on how we may best the workings of our tools that use to attempt our own modifications of your greatest game formally know as "Fable: The Lost Chapters". If you consider us worthy of this knowledge, we promise...that we will give Peter his family back, if you do not comply within 24 hours, we will have them killed." We should send them that...we should take out the last part though, we could get into trouble for that.

We might be able to get them for free, or at least not as much as they were when they were made. It's been a long time since they were made, and many copy's of FAble (all three version, and soon to be 4 or 5 [Fable Xbox, Fable TLC PC, Fable TLC Xbox, Fale 2 Xbox, and roomerly Fable 2 PC]), so the cost of making the tools has long been payed back. So who knows, might make a good marketing strategy to release them.

The cost of tools for the 1st game will have been reclaimed by now. Lionhead doesn't seem to have any interest in the community. or at least this aspect of it.
What's more important is that if anything was released it's more likely to be newly made and not the actual apps used. Dev tools are often complex and given the trouble a lot of people have with the community tools available I can't help but think access to the actual dev tools for everyone would be a bad thing.
We may get something out of them eventually but I wouldn't hold your breath.

There is nothing in the Void.
There is no point to it's being.
I wish there was a reason.
There is nothing in the Void,
But what we put there.
