'no glow' mod? [message #26758]

I was wondering if there was some way to remove the glow on the NPC's when you get close to them. Just thought that would be more realistic. Or maybe there's some mod that does that? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Might be an effect in the effect.big/bin (forget witch), see if you can find it and remove it with something called effect explorer, not sure where it is though, probably in the tools section or the unity's section somewhere.
